James and Moe just put new hardwood flooring in my house and painted all the walls and ceilings. these guys are great to work with, communicate well through the process, and heard all my concerns i had throughout the job. they told me in the beginning they would not be done with the job until i was 100% satisfied and thats exactly what they did. They paid close attention to the detail and have my house looking brand new ready for the market. Would highly advise using them.

We just worked with precision flooring renovating our 2 floor apartment on the upper east side of manhattan. They did a full floor demo and install, new lighting, new kitchen cabinets and bathroom. There pricing was a bit higher than their competitors but worth every penny. They provided a work schedule, detail updates throughout the job and completed a week earlier than expected. They were very communicative and paid close attention to detail. I have done jobs in the past where the workmanship is considered done when the contractor says it is. However working with moe and james the workmanship was acceptable when i was happy, this makes them highly different than anyone else we have worked with. I would highly recommend them for any renovations in new york!

Precision went above and beyond to make my floor refinishing quick and painless. They were extremely responsive and able to accommodate my tight schedule. They submitted all of the documentation required for my building to approve them in no time. We worked with Mo and James on our home renovation project. They did a great job and handled each step professionally, transparently, and with care as if they were renovating their own home. I had a really positive experience working with Precision. They did new floors, paint, cabinets, and grout work among other things at our unit. From the start, communication was clear and straightforward, which made the whole process much less stressful than I expected. They showed up on time, stayed ahead of schedule, and were transparent about costs and any decisions that came up along the way. The quality of the work was solid, and they paid attention to details.What stood out most was that they were very easy to work with - responsive, professional, and solution-oriented when small issues came up (as they always do with any project). Overall, I’d definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others looking for reliable, high-quality work.

Amazing job, all conducted via text, phone and email. Work done whilst I was traveling aboard. Could not be easier and I will hire them for any future work. They were especially responsive when I realized I purchased the wrong color panels for the wall (I should have checked before but never did) and they went and removed and replaced them as soon as the proper panels arrived. Highly recommend them.

However, James and Moe sent over a reasonable proposal, were very responsive on scheduling around painters and cabinet workers. Their team was in and out in two days.

SERVICE IS AMAZING. First let's start with I live on the 4th floor. It's a walk up. When other companies told me they couldn't bring up a heavy sander. PRECISION FLOORING was like "yes we can". And that's what I like to hear. They went straight to work. Delivering my new floors in just 2 days! I'm just absolutely in love with color and finish. I went with weathered oak and a satin finish. The work was meticulous. Very much paying attention to detail. Communication through email was very helpful. All my questions answered and the price was good for the amount of work it takes to get this job done. They also accepted Amex.

I can’t say enough great things about Precision Flooring and specially about Moe (the owner of the company). We live in California and needed to have our floors refinished in our Manhattan Loft in NYC. Moe’s company came to me through Angi’s list. From the very beginning, the moment I received Moe’s call, all the way to the end all was great (communication, pricing, scheduling …). Needless to say we were a bit apprehensive about everything due to the distance and not being able to see the job being done. Rest assured that you will be in good hands! Moe contacted our condo, got all the insurance paperwork completed with the them, managed to schedule the work fairly quickly and although his company does not accept credit cards, Moe was able to figure that out for us as well! 😁 The company is thorough, honest, resourceful! They sent us pictures throughout the job to make sure we like and approve everything, communicate and resolve problems that were discovered during the job and provided feasible solutions. My partner and I were first time home renovators when we first brought Precision on to level our floors and put in hardwood.
