I highly recommend Precision Flooring and Painting. One of the most responsive contractors I have ever worked with. They were amazing - from handling every bit of the paperwork to answering all of my texts - on weekends, holidays, etc. They were unbelievably responsive, knowledgable, and did what they said they were going to do! They do it all - painting, floors, kitchen and bath...Great service and the work was top notch - they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. . And they did it quickly, professionally and with great care. I was 1000% satisfied, and would use them on any future projects.

precision flooring just redid the entire floors in our house. This included installing new herringbone pattern hardwood floors. and base boards. They were very knowledgeable in the options that they told us and completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule. They were worth every penny!

James and Moe were a pleasure to work with. their knowledge and expertise in construction really helped us understand all the details of the work. We just did our kitchen with them including new cabinets countertop and tile flooring and could not be happier. will be using them for our office renovation as well.. highly recommended!!

This company was recommended to us by a family friend. We were skeptical at first because there pricing was a bit higher than other contractors but worth every penny! they installed lvp flooring for us and painted our apartment.There communication skills when issues arose was fantastic. they explained everything well and helped us avoid future pitfalls we didnt know about. Job was finished on time and the workmanship was amazing really good guys. Would highly recommend james & Moe

James and Moe just put new hardwood flooring in my house and painted all the walls and ceilings. these guys are great to work with, communicate well through the process, and heard all my concerns i had throughout the job. they told me in the beginning they would not be done with the job until i was 100% satisfied and thats exactly what they did. They paid close attention to the detail and have my house looking brand new ready for the market. Would highly advise using them.

We just worked with precision flooring renovating our 2 floor apartment on the upper east side of manhattan. They did a full floor demo and install, new lighting, new kitchen cabinets and bathroom. There pricing was a bit higher than their competitors but worth every penny. They provided a work schedule, detail updates throughout the job and completed a week earlier than expected. They were very communicative and paid close attention to detail. I have done jobs in the past where the workmanship is considered done when the contractor says it is. However working with moe and james the workmanship was acceptable when i was happy, this makes them highly different than anyone else we have worked with. I would highly recommend them for any renovations in new york!

Precision went above and beyond to make my floor refinishing quick and painless. They were extremely responsive and able to accommodate my tight schedule. They submitted all of the documentation required for my building to approve them in no time. We worked with Mo and James on our home renovation project. They did a great job and handled each step professionally, transparently, and with care as if they were renovating their own home. There were a lot of obstacles along the way to getting this project completed (delays, strict building requirements, changes to scopes, adjustments after installation) and the team was very reasonable and always had a can-do attitude about everything. As first time home owners, we didn't know what to expect trusting them with our first home renovation, but we are so glad that we partnered with them. I had a really positive experience working with Precision. They did new floors, paint, cabinets, and grout work among other things at our unit. From the start, communication was clear and straightforward, which made the whole process much less stressful than I expected. They showed up on time, stayed ahead of schedule, and were transparent about costs and any decisions that came up along the way. The quality of the work was solid, and they paid attention to details.What stood out most was that they were very easy to work with - responsive, professional, and solution-oriented when small issues came up (as they always do with any project). Overall, I’d definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others looking for reliable, high-quality work.

Amazing job, all conducted via text, phone and email. Work done whilst I was traveling aboard. Could not be easier and I will hire them for any future work. They were especially responsive when I realized I purchased the wrong color panels for the wall (I should have checked before but never did) and they went and removed and replaced them as soon as the proper panels arrived. Highly recommend them.

I needed two rooms refinished to match the floors in the rest of the apartment. This is a small job that most companies would not take on. However, James and Moe sent over a reasonable proposal, were very responsive on scheduling around painters and cabinet workers. Their team was in and out in two days.

Working with James(owner) was a good experience. Even though we communicated remotely, he was always attentive, and responsive. He handled multiple opinions smoothly and brought valuable experience with NYC/Manhattan co-ops. He listened, stayed flexible, and followed through on every request. This was a complete reno.

Moe and James were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were a little bit more expensive than the other contractors that bid on the work however, I felt very comfortable with how they explained the details of the job and certain things that they would be looking out for during construction. They communicated very well throughout the entire process and as issues arose, they presented me with different options of how to handle them. They finished a week earlier than originally scheduled.. and they answered all of my concerns for the punchlist. They renovated my entire apartment including new floors, new walls, new kitchen, cabinets, tile flooring, and completely new bathroom, including new waterproofing tiles and fixtures. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family for future projects.
