We worked with Mo and James on our home renovation project. They did a great job and handled each step professionally, transparently, and with care as if they were renovating their own home. There were a lot of obstacles along the way to getting this project completed (delays, strict building requirements, changes to scopes, adjustments after installation) and the team was very reasonable and always had a can-do attitude about everything. As first time home owners, we didn't know what to expect trusting them with our first home renovation, but we are so glad that we partnered with them. They pride their business on doing things the right way and not cutting corners. I can attest that this is true. The peace of mind and confidence we had because of it, is invaluable. I had a really positive experience working with Precision. They did new floors, paint, cabinets, and grout work among other things at our unit. From the start, communication was clear and straightforward, which made the whole process much less stressful than I expected. They showed up on time, stayed ahead of schedule, and were transparent about costs and any decisions that came up along the way. The quality of the work was solid, and they paid attention to details.What stood out most was that they were very easy to work with - responsive, professional, and solution-oriented when small issues came up (as they always do with any project). Overall, I’d definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others looking for reliable, high-quality work.

Amazing job, all conducted via text, phone and email. Work done whilst I was traveling aboard. Could not be easier and I will hire them for any future work. They were especially responsive when I realized I purchased the wrong color panels for the wall (I should have checked before but never did) and they went and removed and replaced them as soon as the proper panels arrived. Highly recommend them.

I needed two rooms refinished to match the floors in the rest of the apartment. This is a small job that most companies would not take on. However, James and Moe sent over a reasonable proposal, were very responsive on scheduling around painters and cabinet workers. Their team was in and out in two days.

We had a great experience working with this contractor on the renovation of our studio apartment. From the very beginning, the consultation was thorough and thoughtful, and the 3D render of the new kitchen really helped us visualize the final result. He also assisted us with selecting materials and handled the ordering of the kitchen cabinets, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Working with James(owner) was a good experience. Even though we communicated remotely, he was always attentive, and responsive. He handled multiple opinions smoothly and brought valuable experience with NYC/Manhattan co-ops. He listened, stayed flexible, and followed through on every request. This was a complete reno.

They finished a week earlier than originally scheduled.. and they answered all of my concerns for the punchlist. They renovated my entire apartment including new floors, new walls, new kitchen, cabinets, tile flooring, and completely new bathroom, including new waterproofing tiles and fixtures. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family for future projects.

James was extremely responsive and addressed all of my questions thoroughly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the project within the promised timeframe. SERVICE IS AMAZING. First let's start with I live on the 4th floor. It's a walk up. When other companies told me they couldn't bring up a heavy sander. PRECISION FLOORING was like "yes we can". And that's what I like to hear. They went straight to work. Delivering my new floors in just 2 days! I'm just absolutely in love with color and finish. I went with weathered oak and a satin finish. The work was meticulous. Very much paying attention to detail. Communication through email was very helpful. All my questions answered and the price was good for the amount of work it takes to get this job done. They also accepted Amex.

I can’t say enough great things about Precision Flooring and specially about Moe (the owner of the company). We live in California and needed to have our floors refinished in our Manhattan Loft in NYC. Moe’s company came to me through Angi’s list. From the very beginning, the moment I received Moe’s call, all the way to the end all was great (communication, pricing, scheduling …). Needless to say we were a bit apprehensive about everything due to the distance and not being able to see the job being done. Rest assured that you will be in good hands! Moe contacted our condo, got all the insurance paperwork completed with the them, managed to schedule the work fairly quickly and although his company does not accept credit cards, Moe was able to figure that out for us as well! 😁 The company is thorough, honest, resourceful! They sent us pictures throughout the job to make sure we like and approve everything, communicate and resolve problems that were discovered during the job and provided feasible solutions. Our floors look BEAUTIFUL and we are very, very happy with the work that was done! Don’t look anywhere else, just hire Precision Flooring for your project; you won’t regret it!!!

My partner and I were first time home renovators when we first brought Precision on to level our floors and put in hardwood. Not only did they do an incredible job (we truly can’t stop staring at our floors) but Moe and his team were so proactive responsive and communicative and when issues arouse, they worked with us to come up with solutions and worked incredibly efficiently. I was quite pleased with these guys. The planning was handled professionally and they were very communicative in developing a schedule and scope of work via email and text. The folks performing the demo, prep and floor install did a thorough job and ensured the work area was contained with minimal disturbances to the rest of home. They made on-spot recommendations and communicated the intent and reasoning, demonstrating their seasoned experience. They worked expeditiously to get the job done in a limited amount of time. The costs may seem high at first, but you are getting quality work and peace of mind. Sometimes the intangibles are often overlooked, but they can go a long way in avoiding headaches and other inconveniences. I highly recommend these guys.
