The owners were very professional, responsive and paid attention to detail. they installed new hard wood floors with a white oak finish and painted 3 rooms in my new home. their pricing was fair and they took the stress that usually comes with construction. highly recommend them !

Precision floor did a lovely job on a dark scratched wooden floor . I hadn’t used them before so was a little nervous but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Beautiful finish, and matched it perfectly- Will use again.

We had a great experience with Precision Flooring & Painting for our recent hardwood floor project. We asked a lot of questions before and during our project and were always impressed at the timely and clear responses we received. We did both new flooring and hardwood refinishing (including stairs), and are extremely pleased with the results. We’d definitely recommend!
Great quality work with friendly service
I had a great experience with Precision Flooring. The crew quickly and efficiently refinished the hardwood floors in my 3rd floor walk-up prewar apartment in Upper Manhattan. The project manager was excellent at communicating and responding to my requests. I am incredibly thankful that the crew could work around obstacles to complete the job within the given time frame and budget. I look forward to working with Precision Flooring again.

I recently had my hardwood floors redone, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only did they offer fantastic pricing, but their workmanship and professionalism were truly exceptional. The floors look stunning, and the team was incredibly attentive to detail throughout the process. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rejuvenate their floors.
I had small leaks coming through the exterior joints in the condo that caused moisture getting through the hardwood floor. The floors were all buckling pretty bad all the way to the middle of the bedroom and living room floor. Moe went above and beyond and walked me through the process. He sent his best flooring crews to get it fixed from removing the bad hardwood floor, waterproofing the concrete floor, replacing the subfloor, putting waterproof underlayment, installing new hardwood floor, sanding it, and trying to match the floor with the old finished floor. What’s amazing is the entire project was done in less than a week, 6 days to be exact and his guys did all the cleanup. See the before and after pictures. It’s such a relief for me to have my place back so quickly. I highly recommend Moe and his company!
